The event will consist of two parts: The first part will be a preparatory workshop for Chinese students who will start their studies in Switzerland this summer. The workshop will cover topics such as

  • How to adapt to the life in Switzerland?
  • What can you do after your studies in Switzerland?
  • Things to see in Switzerland
  • What are the most common challenges of Chinese students in Switzerland?
  • How to make friends with Swiss people? Insights from a former embassy intern

The workshop will be followed by a delicious summer BBQ, for which also alumni of Swiss universities (graduated after 2005) and Swiss students in Beijing are invited. During the reception, you will have the opportunity to receive more information about your study destination and to network with fellow peers and alumni.

Please note that the number of seats is limited. If you have not received a confirmation email with an official invitation by MAY 30th, you will not be granted admission to the event by embassy security. Thank you for your understanding.
