swissnex China, SwissCham, Swiss Center and Young Swiss in China are teaming up to bring you an unusual way to start the week. On December 5th, we will gather a special team of entrepreneurs who have experienced a failure, to share their stories with derision but nonetheless with insightful reflection. Based on the Fuckup Nights concept, each speaker is given 7 minutes and can use 10 images to present his failure and the lessons he has learnt from it. The talks will be followed by a Q&A session.

Why are we organizing that? Because about 90% of start-ups fail; the success stories of Uber, Airbnb and Snap do not represent the ruthless wilderness that entrepreneurship is. As mistakes require practically no effort, even well-established firms cannot avoid them. Now, what are the options left to you? One is listening to others and learning from their experiences. And this is why we are hosting this event.

After the keynotes, a networking part will take place and Bread ETC will provide you with a Western breakfast basket that you could enjoy with a free-flow of soft drinks.

We are looking forward to welcoming you in swissnex China premises and to hearing these entrepreneurs sharing their experiences!
