Dr. Philipp Egger
Dr. Philipp Egger, doctorate in linguistics. As foundation director, he is responsible for the operational activities of Gebert Rüf Stiftung, advising the Board of Trustees. As a co-initiator and board member of Swiss Foundations, the Association of Swiss Grant-making Foundations, he is also committed to pushing ahead with developing Switzerland as a top location for foundations, including as editor of the Foundation Governance book series and co-author of the Swiss Foundation Code.
Prof. Lu Xiaowen
Prof. Lu Xiaowen, engaged in sociological research for more than 20 years. With rich social experience and theoretical knowledge and deep understanding of comparison between Chinese and foreign culture, he hosted and participated many national and governmental research projects, and also took part in the design and analysis for some large-scale social survey.
